Runtime error 217 at 00552375 after updating to 33.03.18

After updating to BLS-2021 version 33.03.18, launching BLS-2021 displays the error "Runtime error 217 at 00552375" and does not complete loading.

The corner case issue was replicated and resolved in version 33.03.19 or later.  Please visit  https://www.cdesoftware.com/download-league-software and download and install the update to 33.03.19 or later.
