License Transfer Form for CDE Software Standard and Professional Edition Products

When a License Transfer is Needed

1. Transferring from an Individual to Another Individual:
   • Download and complete the License Transfer form at https://cdesoftware.com/transfer.pdf and email it to transfers@cdesoftware.com.
   • There is a $10 transfer fee.
   • Alternatively, visit https://transfer.cdesoftware.com/ to complete the transfer.
2. Transferring from an Individual to a League, Tournament, or Company:
   • Follow the same procedure as above.
   • $10 transfer fee applies.
3. Transferring Within a League or Tournament with the Same Name (Changing Contact Person):
   • Download and complete the License Transfer form at https://cdesoftware.com/transfer.pdf and email it to transfers@cdesoftware.com.
   • There is no transfer fee if the league/tournament name remains the same.
   • Alternatively, visit https://transfer.cdesoftware.com/.
4. Transferring from a League or Tournament (Changing the Name):
   • Complete the License Transfer form and send it to transfers@cdesoftware.com.
   • A $10 transfer fee is required.
   • The league/tournament president must sign the license transfer form.
5. Transferring from a League or Tournament to an Individual:
   • Complete the License Transfer form and send it to transfers@cdesoftware.com.
   • There is a $10 transfer fee, and the league/tournament president must sign the form.

Important Notes:

• License transfers can only be done for products that have not reached end-of-life.
• Forms can be downloaded at https://cdesoftware.com/transfer.pdf or completed online at https://transfer.cdesoftware.com/.
