Our portal offers users a number of support resources, from the ability to initiate tickets and live chats with our agents to self-help resources via our Knowledge Base, Community, and Online Help.
To fully participate in this Support Portal, a CDE Software support account is required. This account is different than our online store account. To request a support account, please create an account here and acknowledge the validation email sent after registration in order to view and post in the online community. If you already have an account, you may need to click "My Settings" and click Send Verification Email"
You can also send direct email to our support staff that comes through this portal. For faster and more reliable delivery add the following email addresses to your trusted senders list in your email software:
- firstname.lastname@example.org - Send email to this address if requesting technical support with CDE Software products.
- email@example.com - Send email to this address if you have a sales related question regarding CDE Software products, your order, shipping, etc.
- firstname.lastname@example.org - Send email to this address if you have a question regarding transferring a CDE Software product license from one person to a different person.
