How to Set Up a Remote Session with a Support Technician

Our support team can use remote tools to connect to your computer and assist you, but this is only done during an active support session over phone or live chat. We do not offer remote support after hours or while unattended.
If you need remote support, please contact a support representative first. When they direct you, follow these steps:
  1. Splashtop: Go to the link provided by the support tech, run the SplashtopSOS.EXE file, and follow their instructions.
  2. TeamViewer: Go to the link, run the TeamViewerQS.EXE file, and follow their instructions. If you're in a bowling center that already has TeamViewer installed, simply start it and give your support tech the ID and password they need to connect.

Feedback

Good morning. I was hoping that I could get some remote help with a tournament prize fund as we added $500 to the prize fund and I am having difficulty putting that together with 3 divisions. I am lost. My tournament is done and I need too finish this correctly so that everyone gets paid accordingly. I am not a tech-savvy person but I try. This is my second event that I have used PTS and I am still struggling. I appreciate any help that can be offered.
I have TeamsViewer that can be used for remote assist.
Thank you
