After upgrading to BLS-2021 I can no longer set practice time

Products > BLS > BLS-2021 > Automatic Scoring
After installing BLS-2021, Practice Time can no longer be set.
  1. To correct, open BLS-2021 and go to Options > Configure settings for [scoring system]
  2. Select the Options Tab.
  3. Unlock screen using CDESOFTWARE for password
  4. Change the "Can set practice time" to YES.
  5. Close screen.
