Prior version of BLS-2021 still installed after running BLS-2021 update

We have seen some corner case situations where BLS-2021 was installed and an update was detected as being available. After downloading and installing the update, the prior version of BLS-2021still is there and was not updated to the latest update.
 
To resolve the situation, the following steps can be taken:
 
  1. Try doing a repair.
    1. Go to the Windows Control Panel
    2. Select Programs > Uninstall a Program
    3. Locate BLS-2021 in the list of program installed and select it.
    4. Click Repair and follow the prompts
    5. Start BLS-2021 and see if the version is now the latest version
  2. If the first method doesn't work, then try doing an uninstall and reinstall
    1. Go to the Windows Control Panel
    2. Select Programs > Uninstall a Program
    3. Locate BLS-2021 in the list of program installed and select it.
    4. Click Change and select Uninstall
    5. Leave all the options checked to save your league data, program registration, program settings
    6. Follow the prompts to uninstall BLS-2021 
    7. After the program has uninstalled, download and run the BLS-2021 installer from our website
    8. Start BLS-2021 and see if the version is now the latest version.
  3. If the first and second methods do not work, then do the following
    1. Go to the Windows Control Panel
    2. Select Programs > Uninstall a Program
    3. Locate BLS-2021 in the list of program installed and select it.
    4. Click Change and select Uninstall
    5. Leave all the options checked to save your league data, program registration, program settings
    6. Follow the prompts to uninstall BLS-2021 
    7. After the program has uninstalled, open Windows Explorer and open your C:\ Drive
    8. Locate the Program Files (x86) folder if you are running a 64 bit version of Windows  If you are running a 32 bit version of Windows, this folder will be called Program Files.
    9. Locate the BLS2021 folder.  If it is still there, delete it and its contents
    10. Download and run the BLS-2021 installer from our website
    11. Start BLS-2021 and see if the version is now the latest version.
