Email already exists in online store

If you received an error message on the store saying that the email address already exists on the online store, this is due to an upgrade done to the online store in November 2012. 

 

Simply go to the front page of the online store at http://www.cdesoftware.biz and click SIGN IN at the top and click FORGOT PASSWORD.   Or directly go to https://www.cdesoftware.biz/help.php?section=Password_Recovery and enter your email address.

 

You will receive your password to sign into the store.
