Create a Ticket to submit an email request or view prior tickets submitted.  You can also send direct email to our support staff that comes through this portal. For faster and more reliable deliver, add the following email addresses to your trusted senders list in your email software.

sales@cdesoftware.com - Send email to this address if you have a sales related question regarding CDE Software products, your order, shipping, etc.
transfers@cdesoftware.com - Send email to this address if you have a question regarding transferring a CDE Software product license from one person to a different person.
webmaster@cdesoftware.com - Send email to this address if you have a question pertaining to the operation or functionality of the website itself.
