Bowling Roster and Weekly Payment Roster Orders don't match up.

How do I force the bowling roster on the weekly worksheets and on the weekly payment screen to match?

It's been different for forever and doesn't bug me, but now I'm delegating some of the center's weekly league record work to a couple of my staff members and it's bothering them. LOL

They use the printout of "Next Weeks Worksheet" to check in bowlers, collect fees and refer to it for blinds, etc. The order of names on the worksheet never match the recaps or standings- even if I reorder them on the payment screen- the don't stay where we want them.

Advice appreciated (other than tell them to suck it up and pay attention to details, please- LOL!)

The two should match on the first week. However, the Team Roster is more flexible than the Payment sheets in how it handles order.

Changing the order on the Payment screen will generally set the order for the worksheets. The main exception is when a bowler doesn’t have any payments recorded in the current or previous weeks. In that case, the order may not carry over as expected.

As long as you don’t advance into future weeks, the next week should retain the same order—similar to how Team Rosters behave.
