Last 2 weeks display not correct
Problem reported by Chery Cooper - 6/9/2022 at 10:54 AM
Resolved
BLS-2022/Pro v. 34.03.0012, Win10Home
I've configured Setup/Fees/Weekly/Last Weeks Fee Option to select 2 wks, due by wk 10 (7/11).  On the Standing Sheet/Team Rosters I've added the elements "Last Weeks YTD Paid" and "Last Weeks YTD Due," Three bowlers on one of the 11 teams have made a partial (1 week) payment, done in wk 6 (last week) and this is correctly reflected in the "YTD paid" column.  Some teams prepay for the month, but two who do not show full payment of last 2 weeks which they have not done.   Help, please!

I'm not sure what you have done that would show bowlers that haven't paid and I haven't found a league that has this. But that mostly means I don't have a sample of a league with your specific particulars.

If you could send a backup of your league to help with a description of the particular bowlers that are showing the problem, I could take a closer look. Be sure to mention my name in the email so that it will come to me.

Well, I've gone back into the program to restore the "Final Wk YTD Pd" and now everything is fine!  Because the Final Wks due date is set in the program at 7/11, I presume that is why those who have not yet paid (or in one team's case, partially paid) show nothing in the "due" column.  Perhaps that data will only populate when 7/11 has passed?  For that reason, I will remove that element until after 7/11.  However, it would be nice if that column showed the amount due now so bowlers would be reminded that it's coming up.  Of course, I could change the due date in the program to a date in the past and then it would show the amount(s) due, right?  Anyway, here's the backup.  Thank you (and everyone at CDE) for your always-helpful assistance.

The data item you are using will only show that the Fee is in arrears - that is, after it is due but hasn't been paid. The title is misleading in that respect.

There isn't style item that will show the information you are looking for, but it is something that I will look into adding.
