Our support website underwent a new major update this weekend. Improvements in posting have been made.

One of the major changes is in our online forums.  Previously, you could post a reply to someone, which allowed votes as well as marking as the answer to a question or you could comment on a post or reply.  The later was discouraged, because there was no way to mark a comment as an answer.  It also created confusion as far as differences.  The developers of the support system decided to remove comment features and have taken all comments from our past posts and changed to be full replies.

The editor for posting messages has been improved as well.

Before reporting an issue, please make sure you’re running the latest version of the software being used. Many issues are fixed in recent updates.
