I haven't been getting updates on the threads I'm subscribed to and more importantly I couldn't save the help I got from a chat support.

The mail server isn't down, but it looks like we have a large group of emails that are still in the processing group and have not been able to be sent. I've raised a trouble ticket to the support hosting provider to investigate along to checking on the subscription emails as well.

I agree I think it's resolved also. I got all the emails I wanted and multiple notes of how to get BLS 2019 appear to be identical to BLS-2018 from the help Nancy gave me in a chat. Thanks again.
