Unable to use cdesoftware.com

Not A Problem
I just got a new computer with Windows 10.  I was making sure all my bookmarks were correct.  The one I have for download of BLS2015 does not show. 
 
The URL is www.cdesoftware.com/download/ and when I go to that page I just get a blank page with a spinning circle in the center of the page.  It changes between 4 and 1 circle but it just keeps spinning.  I get the same thing trying to go to www.cdesoftware.com
 
I've tried with both Firefox and Microsoft EDGE.  Neither work.

I have Windows 10 on a few machines and EDGE, Chrome and Firefox all appear to show the website correctly.  Even Safari and Opera. Not sure what on your system is not working correctly.

I installed Firebug to see if I could figure out why it wasn't working.  Once Firebug was installed it started working.
