Why Do My Weekly Fees Keep Changing Back?

Have you changed your weekly fees, only to find that the old amounts return the following week?

This can happen when fee information from last season was not completely cleared when the league was restarted.

Here's how to fix it:

Make sure you have the latest version of BLS-2027.
Open Weekly → Process → Bowling Fees.
At the top of the screen, select the last week for which you have entered payments.
On the left, select Utilities (not the Utilities button).
Under Reset Fees Information, check Clear Treasury info for week X and later.
Click Reset These Items and confirm the messages that appear.

This clears the old fee information so the correct fees can carry forward from week to week.
