How to Re-Assign Starting Lanes Mid-Season

If your league changes which lanes they bowl on partway through the season, follow these steps to update it in BLS-2027.

Example: On week 1, the league started on lanes 7-8. Starting week 3, they will now start on lanes 1-2.

1. Open Lane Assignments
   Go to Setup > League, then choose your league. Click on Lane Assignments.
2. Click the week that is changing
   Click on the date for week 3 (the week the change starts).
3. Click the starting lane pair
   At the top of the lane assignment grid, you will see the lanes currently used for that week shown in navy blue. Click on the first pair (7-8) to open the Re-Assign Lanes window.
4. Enter the new starting lanes
   Change the starting pair to the new lanes. In this example, enter 1-2.
5. Choose "This Week and Future Weeks"
   This tells BLS-2027 to use the new lanes starting with the week you selected and for every week after that. It will not change any weeks before this one.
6. Click OK to save
   The new lane assignments are now set. Week 1 and 2 will still show lanes 7-8, and week 3 onward will show lanes 1-2.
