We know you’re eager to get started with BLS-2027, and we truly appreciate your patience!
We expect to release it Thursday evening, August 20, 2027 (Seattle time). If you already bought BLS-2027 or got it as a free upgrade from BLS-2026 (purchased between June 1 and August 31, 2026), you should receive it by Friday. We’ll start emailing them Thursday evening. We expect to receive printed manuals, CDS, and USBs by Friday, September 5, and will begin shipping soon after.
We completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait, especially when you’re excited to dive in and get your leagues in BLS-2027. Please know that if your preorder is in our system, your email will be on its way. We send emails in smaller batches to make sure they are successfully delivered. If we tried to send them all at once, email services like iCloud, Gmail, Microsoft servers, Yahoo servers and others might mistake them for spam, which could block delivery for everyone—something we definitely want to avoid.
In the meantime, please check your spam or junk folders. Sometimes emails get filtered there by mistake. If, after 48 hours, you still haven’t received your email, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you right away. Email will have come from
