Access to the scoring system required error message

Why does my software say, "Access to the scoring system required"?
If you see this message, here are the most common reasons:
  • Your front desk location isn't set up correctly. In the settings, there's a screen called "Automatic Scoring Setup." The front desk location listed there needs to match how your center is actually set up.
  • The front desk computer is off or can't be reached. The computer listed in your settings might be turned off, or your computer can't connect to it over the network.
  • Your serial number was used on more than one computer. Each computer needs its own serial number. If you used the same one twice, it won't work.
  • Your computer isn't connected to the scoring system. This software only works fully when your computer is hooked up to the scoring system.
