I preordered BLS-2026 but didn’t get my email yet. What should I do?

We know you’re eager to get started with BLS-2026, and we truly appreciate your patience!

BLS-2026 officially launched on August 21st at 5:00 PM. Preorder emails started going out that same day at 5:00 PM Pacific. Because of the number of preorders, it can take up to 24–48 hours for all emails to be fully processed and delivered.

We completely understand how frustrating it can be to wait, especially when you’re excited to dive in and get your leagues in BLS-2026. Please know that if your preorder is in our system, your email will be on its way. We send emails in smaller batches to make sure they are successfully delivered. If we tried to send them all at once, email services like iCloud, Gmail, Microsoft servers, Yahoo servers and others might mistake them for spam, which could block delivery for everyone—something we definitely want to avoid.

In the meantime, please check your spam or junk folders. Sometimes emails get filtered there by mistake. If, after 48 hours, you still haven’t received your email, please reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you right away.  Email will have come from sales@cdesoftware.com or receipts@cdesoftware.biz (later is an unmonitored email address).
