How to Copy Local Awards from BLS-2025 to BLS-2026

If you've upgraded to BLS-2026 and previously set up local awards in BLS-2025, you can easily import those award definitions into the new version.

If BLS-2025 is Installed:

  1. Open BLS-2026.
  2. Import Local Awards:
    • Go to Maintenance > Copy > Local Awards Definition from BLS-2025.

If BLS-2025 is Not Installed, But You Have a Backup:

  1. Open BLS-2026.
  2. Restore Your Local Awards:
    • Go to Maintenance > Restore > BLS-2026 Local Awards.
    • Select the backup file named CDE_USER_DEFINED_AWARDS.ZIP to restore your local awards.
  3. Copy Definitions:
    • After restoring, go to Maintenance > Copy > Local Awards Definition from BLS-2025.
These steps will help you transfer your local awards from BLS-2025 to BLS-2026, ensuring all your settings carry over smoothly.
