How to email a league backup to your bowling center

If you want to send a backup of your league to the bowling center through email, here’s an easy way to do it right from the program:

1. First, set up your email in the program. Go to Setup, then Internet, then General Internet. Make sure to send a test email so you know it’s working.

2. Next, add the bowling center as a contact. Go to Setup, then Edit Any Bowler. Create a new “bowler” using the center’s name for the company and the name of the person at the center. For officer position, choose “Bowling Center.” You can mark this person as “Not in the League” so they don’t show up on team rosters or sub lists.

3. After you’ve processed your week’s scores, go to Weekly, then Backup, then choose Send Backup To, and select Bowling Center.

That’s it! If you follow these steps, your league backup will be sent to the bowling center by email.
