Changes in Backups to Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive for BLS-2025

In BLS-2025, there have been changes to how backups are saved to Dropbox, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive compared to previous versions. Here’s what you need to know:

Steps to Back Up to Cloud Storage Services

  1. Install and Log In to Cloud Storage Software:
    • To save backups to Dropbox, Google Drive, or Microsoft OneDrive, you must have their respective software installed on your computer and be logged into your account.
      • Dropbox: Install and log in to Dropbox.
      • Google Drive: Install and log in to Google Drive.
      • Microsoft OneDrive: Install and log in to OneDrive.
  2. Enable Backups to Cloud Services in BLS-2025:
    • Go to BLS Program Preferences and enable the option to also save backups to the cloud services.
    • Point BLS-2025 to the Synchronized Folder:
      • You must specify a folder that is synchronized with your cloud storage account.
      • For example:
        • If your Dropbox account is synchronized with the C:\Dropbox folder, create a folder inside it, such as C:\Dropbox\BLS2025Backups.
        • Point BLS-2025 to C:\Dropbox\BLS2025Backups for saving backups.
      • When a backup is made, BLS will save it to that folder, and Dropbox will synchronize it with the cloud.
  3. Same Principle for Google Drive and OneDrive:
    • The process for Google Drive and OneDriveis similar:
      • Make sure your Google Drive or OneDrive software is installed and logged in.
      • Create a folder within the synchronized directory and set BLS-2025 to save backups to that folder.
By following these steps, BLS-2025 will save league backups to a local folder that is automatically synchronized with the cloud service of your choice, ensuring that your backups are securely stored and accessible.
