How to Fix Missing Teams from Season High Score Awards in BLS-2025

If No Teams Are Showing Up Under Season High Scores

1. Verify Number of Bowlers Per Team:
   • Go to Setup > League > Rules.
   • Ensure the league is configured for the correct number of bowlers who will bowl on each team, each week.
2. Check Team High Score Recognition Settings:
   • Go to Setup > League > Rules.
   • Select the Special Recognition option.
   • Under Recognized Items By League, verify that the option to award scratch and/or handicap awards for teams has been selected.

If Only One or Two Teams Are Missing Under Season High Scores

1. Verify Score Entry for Missing Teams:
   • Go to the week where the team high score was bowled.
   • Go to Weekly > Process > Score Entry and locate the team in question.
   • Check if enough scores are entered (green headings indicate correct).
   • Ensure there are not too many scores entered (red headings indicate an error).
2. Verify Team Eligibility for Awards:
   • Go to Setup > League > Rules.
   • Select the Special Recognition option.
   • Scroll down to the Team Special Recognitionsection and verify the team eligibility rules:
     • Handicap Game and Series Awards: Configure which week to start tracking handicap awards and if teams with zero handicap are eligible.
     • Absentee or Vacancy Bowler on Team: Indicate if teams with an absentee or vacancy bowler are eligible for awards.
     • Substitute Bowler on Team: Indicate if teams using a substitute bowler are eligible for awards.
3. Check Award Priorities for Teams:
   • In some cases, a few teams may be left off the season awards because the award priority is set to allow only one award per team.
   • If you have fewer teams than the number of award places, this setting might leave some teams without recognition.
   • Consider adjusting the award priority settings to ensure all deserving teams are listed.
