How to Consolidate Bowlers to Make Full Teams and Reduce the Number of Teams in BLS-2025

Steps to Consolidate Bowlers and Reduce Teams

1. Enter Scores for the Current Week:
   • Make sure all scores for the current week are entered.
   • Print the standing sheet after entering the scores.
2. Advance to the Next Week:
   • Advance to the next week of play in BLS-2025.
3. Remove Players from Partial Teams:
   • Go to Weekly > Prepare > Adjust Team Rosters.
   • Drop the players who will be moving to other teams from their current partial team.
4. Re-Order the Teams:
   • Re-order the teams so that the team(s) being removed are positioned at the bottom of the list.
5. Reduce the Number of Teams:
   • Go to Utilities > Teams > Reduce to reduce the number of teams in the league.
   • The program will adjust the lane schedule accordingly to reflect the new number of teams.
6. Add Players to New Teams:
   • Go back to Adjust Team Rosters.
   • Add the players you moved earlier to their new team using the Add button or by entering their ID#.
7. Print Recaps:
   • Print the recaps to reflect the updated teams and rosters.
8. Process the League as Normal:
   • After the teams bowl, process the league as usual.
