How to Configure Snow Days & Schedule Changes in BLS-2025

If your league needs to adjust the schedule due to cancellations like snow days or other circumstances, you can easily update the schedule by removing dates. Here’s how:

Steps to Remove a Date Due to a Cancellation

  1. Open the League in BLS-2025.
  2. Go to Setup > League > Lane Assignments.
  3. Highlight the Date to Be Removed:
    • Click on the date you want to remove to highlight it.
  4. Remove the Date:
    • Click the Remove This Date button. This action will maintain the team pairings and extend the season by one week.

Steps to Shorten the Season by One Week (Optional)

  • If your league decides to shorten the seasoninstead of extending it:
    1. Close the Schedule screen.
    2. Go to Setup > League > Rules > General.
    3. Change the Number of Weeks to be one week less than originally planned.
These steps allow you to adjust the league schedule to accommodate cancellations, either by extending the season or shortening it based on the league's decision.
