Why Is There a Grey Box for One Person on Each Team for Each Game?

The grey box indicates that BLS is dropping the lowest game for that bowler. If your league rules do not drop the lowest game, you need to adjust the settings.
Solution:
  1. Go to Setup > League > Rules.
  2. Find the option for Drop Lowest Game.
  3. Change this option to NO.
This will ensure that no games are dropped, and the grey boxes will no longer appear.
