Correcting the Number of Teams on the USBC Application

If the USBC application shows the wrong number of teams, it might be because the number of teams wasn’t reset when the league was restarted. This number is stored in the Treasurer’s information to ensure accurate financial details.

How to Manually Reset the Number of Teams:

  1. Open the Weekly Fees Setup:
    • Go to Setup > Fees > Weekly.
  2. Access the Estimated Budget:
    • Click on the Estimated Budget tab.
    • Then, click the View Estimated Budget button to display the table.
  3. Update the Number of Teams:
    • Enter the correct number of teams directly into the table.
    • Alternatively, you can click the Reset button above the table to reset the information.
Once this table is updated with the correct information, the number of teams will also be correct on the USBC application.
