How to Consolidate Bowlers and Reduce the Number of Teams

If your league has partial teams and you need to consolidate them to form full teams, follow these steps:
  1. Complete the Current Week:
    • Enter the scores for the current week and print the standing sheet.
  2. Advance to the Next Week:
    • Move forward to the next week of play.
  3. Reassign Players:
    • Remove the players who are moving to another team by dropping them from their current team.
    • Re-order the teams so that the team(s) you're consolidating are at the bottom of the list.
  4. Reduce the Number of Teams:
    • Adjust the total number of teams in the league. The program will automatically update the lane schedule for the new number of teams.
  5. Adjust Team Rosters:
    • Go back to Adjust Team Rosters and add the players to their new teams using the add button or their ID#.
  6. Print Recaps:
    • Print the recaps for the upcoming week.
  7. Enter Scores After They Bowl:
    • After the next week of play, enter the scores as usual.
Following these steps will help you consolidate teams effectively and ensure that the league runs smoothly with the adjusted number of teams.
