Whis is a bowler not listed for national award?

  1. Why Isn't a Bowler Listed for a National Award?

If a bowler isn't listed for a national award, you should first check if the bowler is eligible. Here’s how to troubleshoot:
    1. Check Eligibility:
      • Verify the bowler’s average and the number of games at the time the score was bowled.
      • Confirm in the USBC, CTF, or TNBA Rulebooks that the bowler meets the requirements to be eligible for the award.
    2. League Certification:
      • Make sure the league has been certified with the national organization under Certify > Fees.
    3. Check for Highlighted Bowler:
      • If the bowler’s name is highlighted in orange, this indicates that they haven’t been configured as certified with the national organization.
  2. For USBC, CTF, and TNBA Leagues:

    1. Ensure Bowlers are Certified:
      • Go to Certify > Bowler > Memberships and check the following:
      • If Entering Financial Information for Certifications:
        • Select the appropriate Application Card, Membership Choice, and State Association (if available) for the bowler who has paid their fees.
        • For TNBA Leagues, there will be an additional option under "Payments In:" to select for TNBA membership fees.
      • If NOT Entering Financial Information for Certification:
        • This screen will have a toggle switch for "Bowler Is:" Not Certified OR Certified. Toggle the switch to Certified.
        • Note: If you are not tracking financial information, you can go to Certify > Fees and use the toggle switch to automatically consider all bowlers as certified.
  3. Following these steps should help you determine why a bowler isn’t listed for a national award and ensure they are properly configured and eligible.
