Adding Obsolete USBC and Obsolete Youth Awards to Local Association Awards

How to Automatically Add and Manage USBC Awards, Obsolete Awards, and Old USBC Youth Awards

Adding Awards

1. Go to Setup:
   • Navigate to Setup > Awards > Local and Center Awards.
2. Select the Awards to Add:
   • Click the Local Association tab.
   • Open the Utilities menu.
   • Choose the awards you want to add. For example, if you only want the Obsolete USBC awards, select that option. If you also want the Old USBC Youth awards, repeat these steps.
3. Respond to Warning Messages:
   • Follow any prompts or warnings that appear.
4. Verify League Rules:
   • Go to your league rules and open the Special Options tab.
   • Scroll down and ensure that Local Association Awards is set to Yes.
5. Printing Awards:
   • When printing awards, go to Weekly > Awards Earned This Week.
   • Click on the Local Assoc. Awards tab to access generic forms that can be printed.

Modifying an Award

1. Select the Award Group:
   • In the Awards section, click the award group that contains the award you want to modify.
2. Modify the Award:
   • Select the award from the Awards in This Group list.
   • You can now change the settings or the name of the award.

Removing an Award

1. Select the Award Group:
   • Click the award group that the award belongs to.
2. Remove the Award:
   • Select the award from the Awards in This Group list.
   • Click Remove Award to delete it from the group.
