Configuring A/S Settings for Conqueror

Setting Up Automatic Scoring:

1. Start QubicaAMF Conqueror:
   • Go to the Front Desk computer and start QubicaAMF Conqueror.
   • Navigate to Setup > Center Setup > System and make a note of the "BLS and BTM File Export Path" setting.
2. Open the CDE Software Program:
   • Launch the CDE Software program.
   • Go to Options > Automatic Scoring Setup and click on Scoring.
3. Unlock the Screen:
   • Click the LOCK icon on the toolbar to unlock the screen. Enter the password CDESOFTWARE (this prevents accidental changes).
4. Configure the Export and Import Directories:
   • In the #2 "Export Directory" field, enter the path you noted in Step 1. While uppercase/lowercase letters don’t matter, make sure everything else matches exactly.
   • In the #3 "Import Directory" field, enter the same path from Step 1. Again, make sure everything matches exactly.
5. Set Up the Scoring Directory:
   • For the #4 "Scoring Directory"setting, you might need to try a few different configurations depending on how your Conqueror system is set up. Here are some examples:
     • Use the path from Step 1, but leave off the \SECY part.
     • Use the computer name or IP address from Step 1 and add \QDESK (e.g., \\192.168.1.1\QDESK).
     • You can also try the above without QDESK (e.g., \\192.168.1.1\).
     • Use C:\.
     • Use \\QSERVER\QDESK.
     • Use \\FRONTDESK1\QDESK or \\FRONTDESK\QDESK.
     • If the front desk computer was renamed from QubicaAMF’s standard setup, you’ll need to use that custom computer name.
6. Set the Scoring Revision:
   • In the #5 "Scoring Revision"setting, choose the appropriate number:
     • Conqueror X: Set to the latest revision number.
     • Conqueror Pro version 3 or higher: Set to 4.
     • Conqueror version 2.06 or higher: Set to 4.
     • Conqueror versions less than 2.06: Set to 3.
7. Save Your Settings:
   • Click OK to save your settings.
