Troubleshooting Installation Issues with Antivirus Programs

We've noticed that the installer for BLS may sometimes fail, especially with antivirus programs like AVAST and AVAST Free.
To avoid this issue, please temporarily disable your antivirus before installing or updating the software.
Since each antivirus program has its own process for disabling protection, please refer to your antivirus maker’s instructions for guidance.
