BLS-2025 Professional Download and Registration Instructions

Download Instructions

1. Download the BLS-2025 Program Installer:
   • Use a web browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox (Internet Explorer is not supported).
   • Go to this link (or enter it into your browser’s address bar).
   • Select the BLS-2025 tab if it’s not already selected.
   • Click the green DOWNLOAD BLS-2025 button to download the installer.
   • If prompted, choose to save the file to your Desktop. If no prompt appears, press CTRL-J on your keyboard to view the Downloads Manager and check for the file named BLS2025INSTALLER.EXE.
   • Wait for the download to complete before continuing.
2. (Optional) Download the BLS-2025 Clipart Installer:
   • On the same page, you’ll find the BLS-2025 Clipart Installer. This isn’t required for BLS to operate.
   • Click DOWNLOAD to save it to your Desktop, and wait for the download to complete.
3. (Optional) Download the Master Bowler Database 2025:
   • On the same page, you’ll also find the Master Bowler Database 2025 Installer. This isn’t required for BLS to operate.
   • Click DOWNLOAD to save it to your Desktop, and wait for the download to complete.

Installation Instructions

1. If Installing on the Same Computer:
   • Locate the BLS2025INSTALLER.EXE file on your Desktop and double-click to start the installation. Make sure you have Administrator privileges if your computer uses different user accounts.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
   • If you downloaded the BLS2025CLIPARTINSTALLER.EXE, repeat the process to install it.
   • If you downloaded the MBD2025INSTALLER.EXE, uninstall any previous versions of the Master Bowler Database before installing the new one.
2. If Installing on a Different Computer:
   • Copy the downloaded installers onto a USB flash drive.
   • Insert the flash drive into the computer where you want to install the software.
   • Locate the BLS2025INSTALLER.EXE file on the flash drive and double-click to begin installation. Ensure you have Administrator privileges.
   • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
   • If you downloaded the BLS2025CLIPARTINSTALLER.EXE, repeat the process to install it.
   • If you downloaded the MBD2025INSTALLER.EXE, uninstall any previous versions of the Master Bowler Database before installing the new one.

Registration Instructions

1. Install BLS-2025 (if not already installed).
2. Open BLS-2025.
3. If You Used a Temporary Registration Code:
   • Go to Options > Program Registration > Clear All Registrations.
   • The program will delete the registration and close.
   • Reopen BLS-2025.
4. Register the Program:
   • A welcome prompt will appear indicating the program is not registered. Click Register Program.
   • You’ll see four different registration options on the right side of the screen. Choose the one that best suits you and follow the instructions.

1. Online EZ Registration:
   • This is the easiest method if BLS has internet access. You’ll need the receipt from your purchase (the one that says “Hi! This is your receipt”).
   • Enter the Order Number and Serial Number from the receipt.
   • Click Get Program Registration Online. If the information is valid, you can print or save the registration details. When ready, click REGISTER.
2. Register Using File:
   • Save the registration block from your email to a text file.
   • Click SELECT FILE and locate the text file.
   • Select the file and click OPEN. If the information is valid, you can print or save the registration details. When ready, click REGISTER.
3. Register Using Copy/Paste Method:
   • Copy the entire registration block from your email (from START to FINISH).
   • Click PASTE on the BLS registration screen. Once the information is displayed, click REGISTER.
4. Enter Registration Manually:
   • Enter the details exactly as they appear in the registration block. Leave any fields blank if instructed.
   • Make sure the Scoring System and Number of Lanes are correct.
   • Click REGISTER when done.
