Configuring A/S Settings for Conqueror

To set up the automatic scoring edition of the program, follow these steps:

1. Start the QubicaAMF Conqueror Program: On the front desk computer, open the QubicaAMF Conqueror software.
2. Locate the Export Path:
   • Navigate to Setup > Center Setup > System.
   • Make a note of the path listed under "BLS and BTM File Export Path". This will be used later.
3. Open TBRAC-2024: Launch the TBRAC-2024 software on your computer.
4. Access Automatic Scoring Settings:
   • Click on Options > Automatic Scoring Settings.
   • Select the Scoring tab.
5. Unlock Settings:
   • Change the toggle at the top right of the screen from 'Locked' to 'Unlocked'. This will prompt you for a password. Enter the password CDESOFTWARE to unlock (this is to prevent accidental changes).
6. Configure Directories:
   • In the "Export Directory" field (#2), enter the path you noted in Step 2. The casing of letters does not matter, but all other details must match exactly.
   • Repeat the same path for the "Import Directory" (#3).
7. Set the Scoring Directory:
   • This might take a few attempts, depending on your Conqueror system's configuration. Try different configurations such as:
     • The path from Step 2, possibly without the \SECY portion.
     • Using the computer name or IP address from Step 2 and appending \C$ (e.g., \\192.168.1.1\C$).
     • Using just C:\ if the CDE program is on the front desk computer.
     • Using variations like \\FRONTDESK1\C, \\FRONTDESK\C, \\FRONT_DESK\C, \\QSERVER\C.
     • If the front desk computer has a non-standard name different from QubicaAMF's setup, use that computer name.
8. Select the Scoring Revision:
   • For Conqueror X, set to 4.
   • For Conqueror Pro version 3 or higher, set to 4.
   • For Conqueror version 2.06 or higher, set to 4.
   • For Conqueror versions less than 2.06, set to 3.
9. Save Settings: Click OK to save your settings.

This setup ensures that the TBRAC-2024 program can communicate correctly with the QubicaAMF Conqueror scoring system.
