Adding Teams to League during season

BLS supports adding teams during the season. The important thing is to determine is the teams being added will be provided the ability to make up past weeks of the season.

  1. To add teams, go to Utilities > Teams > Add  
  2. Indicate how many teams you are adding and if one of the teams is a BYE. You have to add in pairs.
  3. Indicate if the teams added are started in the week the league is at now, the following week or a specified week, such as the 1st week.
  4. When setting for next week, usually bowling with the new schedule is appropriate.  When setting for current week, if scores have been entered, you would normally say to put the new teams at the end. When going back to the earlier weeks, usually putting the new teams at the end is appropriate, because matches have already been played
  5. The new teams will be added.
