Vacancy Fees

Vacancy Fees are setup in Fees Setup, but they nothing shows up in the Weekly Fees after entering the "V" fee code.

This is most likely due to a Grace Period being setup on the Fee Setup screen. The Grace Period is found on the Fee Setup, "More Information" tab and most likely should be set to 0. If you set it to a number greater than zero, you are telling the program that teams do NOT have to pay for vacancies until this number of weeks have past. So entering a "V" code on the Weekly Fee screen will only show that the team roster was filled out with vacancies.
