I get a network error downloading the update

Products > BTM > BTM-2023 > Installation
This may be the result of a network firewall preventing BLS from accessing the internet.
Try the following:
  1. Add BTM to the list of allowed programs.
  2. Disable all network firewall software running on the system.
  3. Attempt to download and install again.
