Error 1310 - Error Writing to File when installing or updating

We have found cases where the installer for BTM will fail with this type of error message will happen with various antivirus programs, such as AVAST and AVAST Free.  

Be sure to temporarily disable the antivirus before installing/updating the software.

Each utility has their own process, so please refer to the maker of your antivirus.
