Entering the bowling center on the Award Forms

When printing the National Award forms, the bowling center field may not be listed.  This occurs when the bowling center has not been configured in the League Rules.
  1. Go to Setup > League > Rules
  2. Scroll down to "Where We Bowl", click on the "Edit Information' button.
  3. Under 'Contacts, Centers, Bank, Associations' select the record with CODE=alley1
  4. Enter the name of the Bowling Center for the Company
  5. Enter the center's address and remove your name (if listed)
  6. Add a checkmark next to "Bowling Center"
  7. Enter the Lane Certification if known
  8. Use the Drop Down list to select the number of lanes.
  9. Hit the Select button in the upper left corner.
