There may be times where it is desirable to clean install the program for troubleshooting purposes or to start from scratch. This can be done by uninstalling the program, then reinstalling, or by creating a new installation.
To uninstall the program and reinstall:
Backup ALL your tournaments to a removable media.
Start TBRAC-2022 program.
1. Opening screen > Maintenance > Backup > Tournaments
2. Backup each tournament to removable media or use Backup All Tournaments. If you backup tournament into the non-factory standard location, you may need to locate those tournaments and back them up as well.
3. Close TBRAC-2022 program
4. Click the Windows icon on the screen and select Settings. And alternative is to hold the Windows key on the keyboard and the X at the same time and select Settings
5.Click Apps & Features
6. Locate TBRAC-2022 and select Uninstall.
7. Reinstall the program from your original CD-ROM or download and install the current version of the program from the website.
Note: If installing from CD, it is recommended that you download and install the latest update from the website.
8. Restore your backups from the opening screen >Maintenance > Restore > Tournaments
Note: The uninstall process should not remove the Tournaments directory. Backing up and restoring tournaments is recommended as a precaution.
To clean install by creating a new installation.
This procedure will disable a current installation of TBRAC-2022 and install a clean installation of TBRAC-2022 for use or testing.
1. Start TBRAC-2022 program.
2. Backup ALL your tournaments to a removable media
3. Opening screen > Maintenance > Backup > Tournaments
4. Backup each tournament to removable media.
5. Close the TBRAC-2022 program
6. Rename your TBRAC2022 folder to TBRAC2022-old using Windows Explorer.
7. Reinstall the program from your original CD-ROM or download and install the current version of the program from the website.
Note: If installing from CD, it is recommended that you download and install the latest update from the website.
8. Restore your backups from opening screen > Maintenance > Restore > Tournaments
