Application configuration is incorrect when uploading leagues or emailing

Products > BLS > BLS-2022 > Internet and Web Uploads
An error appears when either sending a test email, uploading leagues or uploading standings to the Internet that states "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem".
 
Most likely this is due to a Windows package being removed from the system.  Please install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package for your particular Windows version. 
 
If your version of Windows is XP or is a newer version of Windows that is a 32 bit version, click here.
 
If your version of Windows is Vista or newer and is a 64 bit version, click here.
