TEMPORARY CODE and 5 or 6 digits prints at top of reports

When printing reports and standing sheets, displayed at the top is TEMPORARY CODE and 5 or 6 digits.  The program was registered using the permanent code after using the temporary code.
 
To resolve:
 
  1. Click Setup > Bowler Management.  Click the tab for Contacts, Centers.
  2. Click Contacts, Centers, Banks, Associations.
  3. Select Alley1.
  4. Remove "Temporary Code ######" from the company name. If desired, change the name to be your center name.
