Standard and Professional Editions
If you have a technical support question and you have the Standard or Professional edition of our programs - Call 206-937-8927. If you receive a busy signal, our staff are working with other customers, so please try again later or use our Live Chats.

AutoScoring Edition
If you have a technical support question and you have the A/S edition of our programs - Call 206-937-5744. This number is reserved for customers that have purchased the A/S edition of the software that integrates with the electronic scoring systems at the bowling center. It is not available for customers with Standard or Professional editions.

It's an act of congress to try and get questions answered by a live person. Can never get through! I've tried 4 times to submit a question for Live Chat and not one time has anyone helped.

Please EXPLAIN just how you get to Live Chats. There is NO link anywhere for a Live Chat. LIve Chat means that I can connect and communicate directly with a support member. If you don't have someone for Live Chat then WHY do you have this in your support section???

Same-o Same-o complaint about CDE support, especially by telephone. Can never get through to a live person. I have MAJOR problems with Treasury Reports being inaccurate. Pay envelope window says one thing, print says another. After 3 weeks I'm up to a +$400 error in CDE reporting and ACTUAL bank balance print outs. Had a bounced check and manual does not cover how to correct deposit. I Need help !!! CDE needs more customer support personel!!!!

i hate this program! perfect secretary was the best!!! this support is awful!!! need more tech support and better systems like perfect secretary!!!! need help on rosters and no one to answer the phone!

Well - I am not able to obtain via phone and the Live Chat will not hook up. Sent email, only the robot responded.

How do you talk to anyone from this company?? I don't know why I keep buying this software. Every year I can't get it registered. I have all the proper numbers THAT THEY SENT ME. But still says it's invalid. This is ridiculous!
