Conqueror Autoscoring Communication Error Fix

If you're getting an "Unable to access scoring" error when using CDE software with Qubica Conqueror, you may need to adjust your settings for accessing the Front Desk computer.
Steps to Change Settings:
  1. Open BLS (or BTM) software.
  2. Go to Options > Automatic Scoring Setup. If you're in a league, close it first.
  3. To change the settings, click on the padlock to unlock and enter the password CDESOFTWARE.
Current Settings:
  • Try setting as follows:
    • Export Path 1 & 2: \\FRONTDESK1\SECY\
    • Front Desk Path: \\FRONTDESK1\C$
If Still Receiving the Error:
  • Alternative 1:
    • Export Path 1 & 2: \\FRONTDESK1\C\SECY\
    • Front Desk Path: \\FRONTDESK1\C
  • Alternative 2:
    • Export Path 1 & 2: \\FRONTDESK\C\SECY\
    • Front Desk Path: \\FRONTDESK\C
  • Using IP Address:
    • Replace [IPADDRESS]with the actual IP address of the front desk or server:
      • Export Path 1 & 2: \\[IPADDRESS]\C\SECY\
      • Front Desk Path: \\[IPADDRESS]\C
  • If CDE Software is Installed on the Front Desk Itself:
    • Export Path 1 & 2: C:\Secy\
    • Front Desk Path: C:\
If the changes above don't work, you may need to contact QubicaAMF Support to verify how your Conqueror is set up.
