Not A Problem
I need help with tech support! 
I am a new secretary user for this program... having ton of trouble using it... I have used perfect secretary but they have now retired and can't buy the program at all... I am now forced to use this program and I need assistance with various errors!
please call me at 6095792061! asap my league is tonight at 7pm est!

Stephanie, you may have tried calling their support voice line. They operate out of Seattle, starting at 10 AM their time (1 PM our time on the East Coast).
BLS-2019 has a manual built into the program, under the Help menu. It opens in Acrobat Reader.
If there's a specific question (or two or more) that you have, please post them here. On here, I am a volunteer league secretary (I don't work for CDE) and can try to help if I know specifically where an issue exists, to help you get ready for tonight. Based on your original post, I just can't tell where to start.

There's also a live chat option to the left on here that once it becomes their operating hours you can get someone. If you have specific questions or problems as Frank said, you can post here and others like us can help. I helped my coworker at the bowling alley make the same transition from perfect secretary to BLS and she's running fine. So, I'm sure we can help you if we have the scenario you are faced with.
