Upload Error: Request Entity Too Large (413) - 'http://www.leaguesecretary.com/CDEPost/CDEFileUpload.asmx'

Following the installation of Norton's WiFi Privacy module, I am receiving this error when attempting to upload: Request Entity Too Large (413) - 'http://www.leaguesecretary.com/CDEPost/CDEFileUpload.asmx'  (I am not able to ascertain whether bowl.com is affected as I get a check configuration error when attempting to upload only to bowl.com).

The culprit is the WiFi Privacy as, once I disconnect from the VPN it establishes, I am able to upload without incident.  I'll do some more investigating on my end but I wanted to bring it up here in case anyone else has run into this situation.

Thanks for the heads up, Bob.

We've heard of other Privacy and Anti-Virus utilities "sticking their nose" into processes that can create interruptions during the process of file accessing or uploading. Unfortunately, like you know, there isn't anything we can do to prevent the third party products from doing that.

Lance ... an update where I can now eliminate the WiFi Privacy.

When I posted this, it was choking on my 40-team mixed league.  A little while ago, I disabled the Privacy, uploaded that league as well as the two optional singles leagues, then enabled it again.

I was uploading my 14-team scratch league when, near the end, realized I had not disabled the WiFi Privacy and was fully expecting it to fail.  To my surprise, it loaded successfully so I can (thankfully !!) say the issue is not there.  (Of note: I had turned on NAT traversal prior to attempting the 40-team league; it was originally set to run only if explicitly requested which is what I thought was holding it up.)

I'm guessing that I can probably upload the two singles leagues from my Thursday league; will confirm later.

thanks

Odd.  Unless something doing with size of file.  Can you check the zip file of the league backup to see if there are zip files inside of it?
