Problem Uploading to Bowl.com Only (when not doing it at same time as LeagueSecretary.com)

Using BLS 2017 version 29.05.06. Every week I upload our standings to LeagueSecretary.com and Bowl.com, usually without any problems. However, when Bowl.com's server is down and I wait a bit and try to upload to just Bowl.com, I get an error message "Please check the configuration in order to upload". Obviously, the configuration is correct because BLS uploads to Bowl.com fine when I do it along with LeagueSecretary.com. Only when I'm trying to upload to Bowl.com by itself do I get this error.
