Getting Authentication Error when attempting to connect to League Secretary.com.

Not A Problem
Using BLS/2017/Pro, version 29.03.01.  When first loaded program I had not problems with connecting to LS.Com.  Now I can't.  All my info is correct in BLS (ID# and Access Settings).  But the error message says that the league ID is invalid or not assigned to my account.  However, I verified with LS.Com and the information is correct.  So something is wrong with BLS.

I would update BLS-2017 to version 29.03.07 and upload again. Numerous fixes and feature enhancements were made since the original release, which is what you have.

still haveing same problem after I downloaded the current downloa a second time.  This problem happened after I put in the most recent down load in.

If the upload fails after an update but worked before the update, it can be firewall settings. Sometimes, with updates, the firewall sees it as a new program and blocks the upload. You may need to go to your firewall settings and list the bls2017.exe as an exception.

It is an authentication problem.

non of this has helped, who can I talk to get help?  I tried the addresses I was given, but could not go to them. I was taken to crome new tab.
