Not recognizing gender for awards
Problem reported by Sara Arvay - September 14, 2015 at 5:57 PM
Not A Problem
On our standing sheet, the program doesn't seem to be separating men and women for the weekly and season high scores.  We have the genders indicated in the address book and on the rosters.  It isn't a sanctioned league, but we do have everything indicated as non-merged, just in case that matters.  Any ideas?

The only place I can quickly think of is under league features in the general rules section. Do you have it set to "Adult Mixed league - men and women only"? I had this happen once when a men's only league expanded to absorb in a mixed league. All the women were forced into male gender roles and there was no separation until I switched the league over to a Mixed setting. In that case, I also had to go back and correct the forced gender change.

Thanks. I downloaded the most recent software version and that seems to have fixed the problem.

Sara, if you were to post a question/problem again, please indicate the version number of the software (28.0#.##) where you experienced any problem, but even better so, do a software update and re-try, in case an update may have fixed the problem. Beta testing does not catch everything, as Michael has pointed out.
