If you can not activate the MBD-2015 from within BLS-2015, there may be an issue with your Windows system that is not allowing the new MBD server to be installed.
- Go to your Windows Control Panel
- Go to Add/Remove Programs (Or Uninstall Programs) and uninstall the MBD-2015.
- Using Windows Explorer go to C:\Program Files (X86) folder and delete the MBDII folder
- Reinstall the MBD-2015
