Can't activate MBD after upgrading to MBD-2015

If you can not activate the MBD-2015 from within BLS-2015, there may be an issue with your Windows system that is not allowing the new MBD server to be installed.
 
To resolve:
  1. Go to your Windows Control Panel
  2. Go to Add/Remove Programs (Or Uninstall Programs) and uninstall the MBD-2015.
  3. Using Windows Explorer go to C:\Program Files (X86) folder and delete the MBDII folder
  4. Reinstall the MBD-2015
