How do I clean install the program?

There may be times where it is desirable to clean install the program for troubleshooting purposes or to start from scratch.  This can be done by uninstalling the program, then reinstalling, or by creating a new installation.

To uninstall the program and reinstall:

Backup ALL your leagues to a removable media.

Start BLS-2017 program.

1. Opening screen > Maintenance > Backup > Leagues

2. Backup each league to removable media or use Backup All Leagues.   If you backup leagues into the non-factory standard location, you may need to locate those leagues and back them up as well.

3. Close BLS-2017 program

4. Open Control Panel from the Start menu in Windows.

5. Double click or select Add or Remove Programs.

6. Select BLS-2017 and click Remove.

7. Reinstall the program from your original CD-ROM or download and install the current version of the program from the website.
Note:  If installing from CD, it is recommended that you download and install the latest update from the website.

8. Restore your backups from the opening screen >Maintenance > Restore > Leagues
Note:  The uninstall process should not remove the Leagues directory.  Backing up and restoring leagues is recommended as a precaution.
